Delete my account
You can delete your Terra Gospel account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your account, email, name, preferred language, reading/listening progress, bookmarks, highlights and personal notes.
From the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".
- Confirm.
By email
Or send an email to contact@terragospel.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete account". Deletion is completed within 7 days.
Data deleted
- Email and password
- Display name and preferred language
- Reading and listening progress
- Completed chapters
- Bookmarks, highlights and personal notes
Data retained
No personal data is retained after deletion. Anonymous server error logs may be kept for up to 30 days for diagnostics.
